Travel and Diagnostic
All on site service begins with a required travel and diagnostic fee. This covers system evaluation, troubleshooting, and determination of the correct repair approach.

- Required for all on site visits
- Covers inspection, troubleshooting, and repair planning
Repair pricing
Flat rate or $75 per hour
- After diagnostics, repairs are quoted as a flat rate whenever possible
- If time based billing is appropriate, implementation is billed at $75 per hour
